The key to making this plan effective: Make sure to choose weights that are heavy enough. You should feel like you could do about two more reps at the end of each set, but no more. "It’s important to challenge yourself with heavier weights in order for muscle growth to take place," says Comas Keck. Perform the following routine twice a week.

Performing pushups will help tone the muscles beneath your breasts. Lie face down straight on the ground and place your hands shoulder-width apart. Keep your back straight by standing on your feet or knees. Go down till your chest is close to the floor and the arms are at a 90-degree angle, then go back up. Do this exercise at least 10 times.
2.) Second Exercise to Lift Breast
Doing dumbbell pullovers will tone your chest muscles and give a lift to your breasts. Lay on a workout bench, hold one dumbbell in each hand. Hands should be overlapping. Put arms above your head t and go down until your weight is above the head and your arms make a 90-degree angle. Push the weight back in upward direction and repeat at least 10 times.
