Herpes On lips Ayurvedic Treatment by Home Medicines

Herpes is an infection, which is caused by Herpes Simplex Virus. It is basically of two types – Type 1 and Type 2. The first one is not sexually transmitted and generally termed as ‘cold sores’. It affects mouth, face, and lips. On the other hand, Type 2 herpes is a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD). The virus even transmits in the dormant state. It causes itching in the genital area, anus, buttock, and thighs.
Later, sores are developed in these areas. Herpes is transmitted by kissing, unprotected sex, skin contact, touching the blister area, saliva or from the infected mother to the baby at the time of vaginal delivery.
