- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness. Always clean from front to back after urinating.
- Wipe the genital and anal area after doing sex.
- Wear undergarments made from cotton.
- Take enough sleep, i.e., at least 8 hours a day.
- To prevent chemical reactions, use unbleached and unscented toilet paper.
DON’TS
- Do not indulge in any sexual activity if you are suffering from UTI, as it will slow down the recovery process.
