  • Baking soda –2 tbsp
  • Toothbrush – 1
  • Water – 1 tbsp
Do this:

  • Take your toothbrush and wet it with water.
  • Now, dip the wet toothbrush in the baking soda properly so that the bristles will be coated fully with the baking soda.
  • Brush your teeth with this baking soda dipped toothbrush at least for 2 minutes.
